I have a two projects I am wanting to do. Most of them are paused as I wait for a bit of income to be able to finish them.

New addition to the family

I was gifted with a plant this week. It has taken some research to find out about this plant. Originally I had thought it was a Clematis, this was incorrect. It is a Dipladenia.

Morning Glory

The morning glory is a vine that is seen just about everywhere. They are a perennial in warm climates , and an annual where they are killed back with frost. They are also very good at re-seeding themselves. They enjoy full sun, and are happy with dryer soil, and generally ‘bad’ soil.

Hummingbird Drinking Fountain

So the last few days I have noticed a hummingbird coming to my fountain to drink. I have a motion capture camera pointed at the fountain, but I couldn’t get a picture. So I have been fooling with the settings, and FINALLY! I have a result.
